Cut Along the Sinusoidal Outline
Using a sharp hobby knife (X-Acto) and metal ruler, carefully cut along the black outer boundary of each gore. Leave the top/bottom 2mm pole registration tabs intact.

Join at the Lisbon Apex (North Pole)
The top points of all 8 gores converge at **Lisbon & Sintra**! Fix Gore #1 at the top pole, smooth it down, and wrap successive sectors around the equator.

Seal the Southern Abyss & Clear-Coat
